Description

Conical-cylindrical gearboxes and geared motors function as universal drive mechanisms designed to regulate torques and rotational speeds.

Due to their versatility, these devices are embedded in many industrial production sectors, becoming an integral part of many technological processes.

These gearboxes are capable of operating for 24 hours daily or intermittently. They function adequately in continuous and intermittent modes, with the possibility of rotating the shafts in different directions and at any angles.

The specific design characteristics of gearboxes suggest that a certain level of noise and vibration during the operation of gear motors is not classified as a defect. This is especially true for the following operating parameters:

  • 3000 rpm, working with any gear ratio;
  • 1500 rpm, if the gear ratios of the gearbox do not exceed 15;
  • when using single-phase electric motors with a voltage of 220V, without taking into account the rotation speed limit.
