Gear couplings are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GOST 5006-55, GOST 5006-83, GOST 5006-94, GOST R 50895-96.
Example of designation : MZ - 8 gear clutch: the MZ - 8 gear coupling with a nominal transmitted torque of 23600 Nm, the diameter of the mounting holes in the bushings is 80 mm without end mounting on the shafts.

Appointment: Couplings for general machine-building applications for connecting coaxial shafts when transmitting torque from 710 to 375,000 Nm and reducing dynamic loads with angular, radial and axial shaft displacements. The parameters and dimensions of the couplings comply with GOST 5006-55.
Compensation of shaft displacements is achieved by relative misalignment of the bushings and clips due to the lateral gaps between the teeth and the spherical surface of the protrusions of the teeth of the bushings. The misalignment of the axis of each sleeve relative to the axis of the cage is not more than 1°30'
Operating conditions:
- work lasting up to 24 hours a day or with periodic stops;
- the rotation speed is not more than the value specified in the table of technical characteristics;
- rotation in any direction;
- climatic versions - U1, U2, UZ, UHL-4, T1, T2, TK and O4 according to GOST 15150.
