Toothed couplings are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GOST 5006-55, GOST 5006-83, GOST 5006-94, GOST R 50895-96.
Example of designation : Toothed coupling MZ - 8: gear coupling MZ - 8 with nominal transmitted torque 23600 N x m, diameters of seating holes in bushings 80 mm without end fastening on shafts.

Assignment: Couplings of general machine-building application for connection of coaxial shafts at transmission of torque from 710 to 375000 Nhm and reduction of dynamic loads at angular, radial and axial displacements of shafts. Parameters and dimensions of couplings correspond to GOST 5006-55.
Compensation of shaft displacements is achieved by the relative misalignment of the bushings and clips due to the lateral gaps between the teeth and the spherical surface of the bushings tooth projections. The misalignment of the axis of each bushing with respect to the axis of the cage is not more than 1°30′.
Operating Conditions:
- operation for long periods of up to 24 hours a day or with occasional stops;
- rotation speed not exceeding the value specified in the technical data table;
- spinning in either direction;
- climatic versions - У1, У2, УЗ, УХЛ-4, Т1, Т2, ТЗ and О4 according to GOST 15150.
