Worm gear single-stage universal 2H 63 It is designed to change the torques and rotational speed of the shaft as components in the drives of machines, equipment and mechanisms.

Conditions of use of gearboxes

• the load is constant and variable, single direction and reversible;
• work with periodic stops and lasting up to 24 hours a day;
• rotation of the shafts in any direction;
• the speed of rotation of the input shaft is not more than 1500 rpm;
• atmosphere of types I and II according to GOST 15150-69 with a dust content of no more than 10 mg/m3 ;
• climatic versions U,T for accommodation categories 1-3 and climatic versions UHL and O for accommodation categories 4 according to GOST 15150-69

 

Examples of designations when ordering products

For gearboxes of types 2H 63, 2H 80, H 80: Gearbox H-63-40-51-1-2- 2B-3, where: H- type gearbox - single-stage worm gear; 63 -center-to-center distance; 40 - nominal gear ratio; 51 - assembly option according to GOST 20373-94; 1 - the location of the worm pair (worm under the wheel); 2 - paws on the worm's side; 2 - accuracy category according to GOST R 50891-96; B - with a fan; U3 is a type of climatic design according to GOST 15150-69.
