The drawings have also been finalized, the gearing accuracy has been improved, and at the request of the customer, we grind the tooth with a gear, thus achieving the 6th accuracy class. The maximum completeness of tooth contact is ensured, which is typical for power transmissions. At maximum efficiency, the gearbox will provide the specified torque with minimal noise. In this regard, the wear resistance of these planetary gears is also at a high level.
Thus, it can be confidently noted that this type of gear motor is equal or superior in all respects to its imported counterparts from Europe, and the availability and ease of replacement of spare parts (maintainability) in almost any conditions makes them irreplaceable for the Russian industry. It is also worth noting that in addition to the improved design, production costs are also optimized, which makes the product cheaper and therefore more competitive.
Used in drilling rigs designed for water drilling, in screw conveyors, belt conveyors, as well as other industrial installations.
The gear motor is designed for long-term operation of S1 according to GOST 183 (8-24 hours/day) from an alternating current network with a frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz, rated voltage 220 and 380 V under the following conditions:
- the load is constant in value, in one direction;
- rotation of the output shaft - in any direction without preference;
- the external environment is non-aggressive, non-explosive with a non-conductive dust content of up to 10 mg/m3;
Climatic version according to GOST 15150:
Y has a temperate climate for categories 2 and 3.
Placement category 2 - operation in rooms where fluctuations in temperature and humidity are not significantly different from fluctuations in the open air, the ambient operating temperature is from minus 10 ° C to plus 45 ° C.
Placement category 3 - operation in rooms where fluctuations in temperature and humidity are significantly lower than outdoors, with ambient operating temperatures ranging from minus 45°C to plus 40°C.
T is a tropical climate for category 2.
UHL (temperate-cold climate) and About for category 4 when working at an altitude of up to 1000 m above sea level.
