Non-standard gearbox for the Republic of Kazakhstan

At the end of 2008, SAR-SO LLP (Republic of Kazakhstan) applied to Russian factories with a technical assignment to produce a non-standard gearbox. According to the calculations of the designers of SAR-SO LLP, the gearbox that had to be used in their installation was RM-850 with a gear ratio of 70, but more than one factory in Russia was not ready to fulfill such an order, or the cost they asked for "not standard" exceeded the standard by 2 or more times.
At the end of 2008, the designers of IZHMSK Plant LLC, at the request of a customer from the Republic of Kazakhstan, developed and manufactured a RM-850 gearbox with a non-standard gear ratio of 70 at a price only 20% higher than the standard one. The customer was very pleased.
Of course, this is not an isolated case, and there are many such orders for non-standard equipment both in Russia and abroad, which the specialists of IZHMSK Plant LLC successfully cope with.

This proves once again that it is possible and necessary to cooperate with small enterprises in the field of mechanical engineering and equipment supplies.
In 2008, the turnover of IZHMSK Plant LLC for the supply of various types of equipment, including gearboxes and gear motors, amounted to about 18,000,000 rubles.
