These units are designed for continuous operation, capable of 24/7 or intermittent operation. They adequately fulfil their functions in constant and cyclic modes, and the shafts can rotate in all directions and positions.

The specific design attributes of gearboxes suggest that noise and vibration levels may be higher, but this is not assessed as a fault when working with electric motors. This phenomenon is characteristic when:

• 3000 rpm, in combination with any gearbox ratio;
• 1500 rpm if the gearbox ratio does not reach 15;
• operation of single-phase electric motors at voltage 220V, regardless of speed.
