The IZHMSK plant has mastered the production of gearboxes such as CDN-25, CDN-35, CDN-40, CDN-50, which were produced back in Soviet times at the Kiev Experimental Gearbox Plant. Now this plant does not exist, but the need for gearboxes of this type remains.
The IZHMSK plant produces a line of CDN gearboxes using modern tooth processing technologies that can increase the service life of the gearbox by 2 or more times. Cylindrical two-stage gearboxes with horizontal Novikov gearing for general machine-building applications of the types CDN-25, CDN-35, CDN-40, CDN-50 are designed to increase torque and reduce rotational speed.
Conditions of use of CDN gearboxes
- the load is constant and variable, single direction and reversible;
- long-term or intermittent operation, shaft rotation in any direction;
- The speed of rotation of the input shaft should not exceed 1500 rpm.;
- ambient temperature from minus 40 °C to plus 50°C;
- increased dustiness, non-aggressive environment;
- climatic versions U, T ( for accommodation category 1...4) according to GOST 15150-69.
Symbols:
- PBah- the maximum allowable cantilever load on the input shaft, kN;
- PTmax- the maximum allowable cantilever load on the output shaft, kN;
- PMmax- the maximum allowable cantilever load on the output shaft in the form of a toothed coupling part, kN.
