Appointment:
Planetary single- and two-stage gear motors of the MR series designed for drives of mixing devices for chemical, medical, microbiological and other industries. They can also be used for drives of general-purpose machines.
Terms of use:
- The gear motors are designed for operation in the S1 operating mode (according to GOST 183-74) with
working time up to 24 hours/day;
- The load is constant and variable within the rated torque, single direction and reversible;
- rotation of the output shafts in any direction;
- the external environment is non-aggressive, non-explosive with a dust content of no more than 10 mg/m3.;
- climatic versions - U,T (accommodation categories 2,3), according to GOST 15150 - 69 when operating at an altitude above sea level up to 1000 m;
- it is allowed to operate the gear motor at an altitude of more than 1000 m above sea level, provided that
- requirements of GOST 183-74;
- The motors of the gear motors are designed to operate from an alternating current network with a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 380 V. In agreement with the manufacturer, it is allowed to manufacture gear motors for other standard voltages.

Structural design according to the mounting method:

coupling halves with integrated gear compensator;
F-2P - horizontal, with an output shaft in the form of a flange coupling with integrated gear
