Appointment
RC gearboxes have replaced the outdated RM model, have a slightly different body shape and, of course, internal modifications to increase the power and service life of the gearbox. IZHMSK plant is ready to offer you the entire range of these gearboxes with quality assurance, delivery and service.
Special crane gearboxes RK-450, RK-500, RK-600designed to change torques and rotational speeds.
Conditions for the use of gearboxes.
Gearboxes are used when operating in a repeated short-term mode, i.e. under variable loads with periodic stops; their long-term operation with a constant load is allowed.;
- single-direction and reversible load operation;
- rotation of the shafts in any direction with a rotation speed of the input shaft not exceeding 1500 rpm. and a circumferential speed of no more than 12 m/sec.;
- atmosphere of types I and II according to GOST 15150-69 with a dust content of no more than 10 mg/cubic meter.
- climatic versions: U, T for accommodation category 1...3 and climatic versions UHL and O for accommodation category 4 according to GOST 15150-69.

- with a cylindrical end of the output shaft, climatic version U1, U2, U3, UHL4 - gearbox RK-500-50-12 Y1;
- The same applies to the end of the output shaft in the form of a toothed coupling part. - reducer RK-500-50- 12MU1;
- the same applies to the climatic versions T1, T2, T3, 04 - reducer RK-500-50- 12MT1.
The designation of the PK-600 gearbox indicates the number of teeth of the gear clutch: gearbox RK-600-50- 12MT1-48.
