RK gearboxes replaced the obsolete PM model, have a slightly different body shape and, of course, internal modifications to increase the power and service life of the gearbox. IzhMSC plant is ready to offer you the whole range of these gearboxes with quality guarantee, delivery and service.

Special crane gearboxes RK-450, RK-500, RK-600 are designed to change torques and speeds.

Application conditions for gearboxes.

   Gearboxes are used for repetitive short-term operation, i.e. alternating loads with periodic stops; continuous operation with constant load is permitted;

  • operation with single direction load and reversible load;
  • shaft rotation in any direction with input shaft speed not exceeding 1500 rpm and circumferential speed not exceeding 12 m/sec;
  • atmosphere of types I and II according to GOST 15150-69 at air dustiness not more than 10 mg/cub.m.
  • climatic designs: U, T for placement category 1...3 and climatic designs UHL and O for placement category 4 according to GOST 15150-69.

Example of writing down the designation RK gearboxes with output stage centre distance 500 mm., nominal gear ratio 50, and the build option. 12

  • with cylindrical end of output shaft, climatic version U1, U2, U3, UHL4 - reducer RK-500-50-12 U1;
  • same with the output shaft end as part of a toothed coupling - gearbox RK-500-50-12MU1;
  • the same with climatic version T1, T2, T3, 04 - gearbox RK-500-50-12MT1.

   The RK-600 gearbox designation specifies the number of teeth of the gear coupling: Gearbox RK-600-50-12MT1-48.
